From Struggle to Strength: My Journey as an Educator & Speaker
At 19, I stood in front of my first classroom—an eager, inexperienced engineering student hired to teach high school physics. I knew the subject well, but what I didn’t know was how to command a room, how to keep students engaged, or how to make learning an experience rather than just a transfer of information. The result? A disaster.
That moment could have pushed me away from teaching forever. Instead, it fueled a lifelong commitment to mastering the art of education and communication. Over the past 34 years, I have delivered thousands of courses, workshops, and speeches—both in-person and online, across multiple cities and countries. I’ve refined my approach to ensure that every session is engaging, interactive, and emotionally impactful. I’ve also expanded my teachings beyond the classroom, writing 11 books, including two in English (see them here).
My mission is simple but powerful: to inspire, to educate, and to empower. Whether on stage or in a classroom, I aim to create an experience that stays with people long after they leave the room.
