A Humble Beginning with an Unforgettable Lesson
In early 1991, as a 19-year-old engineering student in Iran, I accepted my first teaching assignment: delivering high school physics courses. I was confident in my knowledge of formulas and physical laws, but completely unprepared for the art of teaching. I lacked classroom management skills, had no strategies to foster engagement, and certainly didn’t know how to turn a passive lecture into an immersive experience. The result? A disaster I will never forget.
But that moment didn’t defeat me. It shaped me.
Rather than walking away from teaching, I committed myself to mastering it. I became a lifelong student of education itself. That decision not only altered the course of my career but became the foundation of everything I do today as a coach, educator, speaker, and author.
Over Three Decades of Global Impact
Fast forward to today, and I’ve delivered thousands of speeches, courses, and workshops in cities across Canada, Europe, and the Middle East. My sessions are no longer textbook lectures — they are interactive, emotionally resonant experiences that inspire real change.
I’ve spoken in universities, corporate boardrooms, immigration law seminars, online summits, and on the TEDx stage. My focus has always been on helping others grow: not just professionally, but personally.
